For the pharmaceutical company Bionorica, we developed a symposium concept that combined a scientific approach with an interactive format. The event was organized for internists, ENT specialists, and allergists, who were introduced to the company’s products: Sinupret, Tonzilgon, and Bronchipret.
We prepared a series of activities in which participants could not only learn more about the products but also collect stamps in their “Traveler’s Passport”—this gave them the chance to win prizes and made the engagement process more dynamic.
For the visual aspect of the event, we set up a photo zone and an AI-powered photo booth. The design concept was developed in line with the event’s overall style.
In addition, we organized catering, technical support (sound, lighting, multimedia content), and provided photographers and a video crew.
The evening culminated in an elegant gala dinner featuring a well-crafted entertainment program with hosts, dancers, and musicians. Our attention to detail and comprehensive approach allowed us to create a stylish and memorable event.
