Objective
To provide comprehensive organization of a UNESCO international forum for delegates from all Central Asian countries. The key challenge is to combine the official conference portion with a scientific expedition to the glaciers in a remote mountainous area.
Idea
Creating a self-sufficient and technologically advanced infrastructure on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. The concept combined the academic rigor of an international forum with the spirit of a field expedition, ensuring that participants were fully immersed in the agenda.
Implementation
Comprehensive support for participants—from coordinating international flights to organizing ground transportation and a complex expedition to the glaciers. Deployment of mobile conference areas and workspaces in hard-to-reach locations with full technical support. Development of the forum’s visual identity, production of handouts and functional merchandise adapted for field conditions. Design of a safe and comfortable route for the scientific portion of the program.
Result
Flawless execution of a multi-day cross-border forum without any logistical glitches. We succeeded in transforming a remote location into a professional, world-class venue, creating the conditions for productive dialogue among scientists and experts from across Central Asia.
This project demonstrated our ability to handle projects of any geographical complexity that require a combination of meticulous logistics and building infrastructure from the ground up. We are proud to have helped UNESCO carry out an important scientific mission in the heart of a mountainous region.
